Maurice Walters, AIA, LEED AP

Founded in 2007, Maurice Walters Architect is an architectural firm specializing in urban design and the design of residential and mixed-use projects. Mr. Walters, with expertise in the design and entitlement of large scale urban mixed-use projects in and around Washington, DC., has over twenty years of experience on projects with a wide range of size, scale and typology in the United State and abroad. Mr. Walters earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland.
