The project is a new mixed-use building located on a mid-block vacant site between Utica St and Madison St in Hamilton, NY. The program shall consist of 41 residential rental apartments with related amenities and services, retail and commercial space, 37 surface parking spaces, and a small at-grade garage. There will be a new small public courtyard on the east side of the building in the middle of the block. Construction on the project will begin in the first quarter of 2024.
