With over twelve years of experience, Ms. Mattingly has a background in design development and construction documentation, as well as BIM and LEED coordination.

She has worked on master plans, new construction and renovation projects around the world, ranging from government facilities to cultural centers to university buildings. Locally, she has overseen construction on several multifamily projects. Ms. Mattingly earned a Professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and is a licensed architect in the State of Maryland.
