Maurice Walters Architect provided architectural design services for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) approval process. Following the successful approval, Maurice Walters Architect provided full architectural design services for the first phase, which is currently under construction.
The project is a multi-family residential development on a site located adjacent to the Waterfront Metro station, in Southwest Washington, DC. It consists of two existing residential towers designed by I.M. Pei, and replaces existing asphalt parking lots on the site with two new flanking 11-story residential towers, of 188 units each.
