The Baldwin is a 100% Affordable Housing community centrally located on DC’s eclectic H Street Corridor. The site sits at 1300 H Street NE, on the northeast corner of the intersection of H Street and 13th Street, NE, and is a new 5-story mixed-use building with approximately 5,200 square feet of retail space and 33 rental apartment dwelling units and related amenities.

Positioned within the ongoing redevelopment of the Lower Campus, this building will establish a strong presence along Broad Street while contributing to the creation of a vibrant new “quad” at its core.
