Andrea del Pilar Monroig-Torres, RA

Andrea believes that architects have a responsibility to create a more harmonious world, where every design decision enhances the natural and built environment. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Urbanism from The Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Pratt Institute in New York.

At Maurice Walters Architect, Andrea applies her expertise in architecture and urban design to projects that balance sustainability, context, and human experience.

Outside the practice, she guides the next generation of architects as a Design Studio and Urban Theory Professor at her alma mater in Puerto Rico.
