Prince George’s County Apartments

The Prince George’s County Apartments were envisioned as the first phase of a long-anticipated master planning effort in Laurel, Maryland. Designed to serve as a prominent gateway to the future town center, the project includes rental apartments anchored by a retail corner, a prefabricated above-grade parking structure, and two generous amenity courtyards.

A central urban design feature, coined “the paseo”, bisects the block, providing a pedestrian passage through the site and enhancing connectivity to adjacent blocks. This move establishes a walkable framework that supports future development and strengthens the surrounding neighborhood fabric.
