The Prince George’s County Apartments was planned as the first installment of a long-anticipated master planning effort located in Laurel, MD. The site was designed to form a “Gateway” to the planned town center. The program consists of rental apartments with a retail corner, with a prefabricated above grade parking garage and two large amenity courtyards.
