Cathedral Commons Townhomes

Washington, DC

Located just north of the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, Cathedral Commons Townhomes features eight four-story residences designed to balance urban sophistication with neighborhood scale. Each 3,400-square-foot home includes a private rear terrace above a covered garage drive, creating both convenience and outdoor living space.

Completed in 2015, the 27,000-square-foot development complements the adjacent mixed-use redevelopment of apartments, retail, and a grocery store. Maurice Walters Architect provided full architectural and engineering services through construction administration. The project was recognized with a Brick Industry Association Bronze Award in 2016 and an Energy Star Award in 2017 for its design excellence and energy performance.
