The Kendrick / 18-22 Utica is a carefully planned mixed-use development in Hamilton, NY, designed to provide faculty and workforce housing while blending seamlessly with the town’s historic and architectural character. In close collaboration with Colgate University, the building's brick industrial façade reflects Hamilton’s architectural heritage, and a setback on the top floor along Utica Street enhances its integration with the surrounding streetscape.
