Mill Station Apartments was envisioned as a five-story residential community with 400 units organized around a central axis. At its heart, a mass timber structure defines the main entry and double-height amenity space, opening to a pool and roof terrace. The site’s distinctive geometry inspired a series of architectural moments, including flanking towers and flatiron-inspired building corners, while the massing carefully resolves significant grade changes to accommodate two levels of partially below-grade parking for 600 vehicles.
