Multi-Family Residential Development Near Waterfront Metro Station, Washington, D.C.

This multi-family residential development is strategically located adjacent to the Waterfront Metro Station in Washington, D.C. The design preserves two existing residential towers by I.M. Pei while transforming the site by replacing asphalt parking lots with two new 11-story residential towers, each featuring 187 units.

Maurice Walters Architect Inc. provided comprehensive architectural design services for the Planned Unit Development application and full architectural services for the South Tower Building. Completed in the summer of 2018, this building achieved LEED Gold certification in January 2020, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and modern living.
