For this mixed-use development, Maurice Walters Architect worked in collaboration with David Baker Architects. The site is located in Baltimore, MD at the northwest corner of the intersection of East Fort Avenue and Lawrence Street. Anthem II consist of a rental apartment building with 52 dwelling units, a small retail space, and ground level parking spaces in a one-story podium with related services and amenities. Construction was completed in the Summer of 2018 and achieved the National Green Building Standard award in the Fall of 2018.
