A network of three internal streets is introduced to a 16-acre site creating a pedestrian-friendly interconnected neighborhood.The project consists of 69,000 sf of retail space with 1,400 multi-family residential units and amenities.

For this mixed-use development, Maurice Walters Architect provided urban design and architectural design services for the Conceptual Design and Planned Unit Development Application. The site is located in NE Washington, DC, at the intersection of New York Avenue & Bladensburg Road, and would serve as a prominent gateway into the Nation's Capital. The project consists of 69,000 sf of retail space along New York Avenue, 1,400 multi-family residential units, a daycare center, a health club, retail and residential parking, and amenities. A network of three internal streets is introduced to the 16-acre site, creating a pedestrian-friendly, interconnected neighborhood.
