Located adjacent to the Brookland/Catholic University Metro Station, this project is part of a five-block, mixed-use redevelopment. A key feature of the development is a pedestrian street anchored by a vibrant piazza, offering artist studios and retail spaces that open onto the Arts Walk.

Maurice Walters Architect Inc. provided comprehensive architectural design services, including Conceptual Design, Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval, Schematic Design, and Design Development phases. In collaboration with the Architect of Record, MWA contributed to the Construction Document and Construction Administration phases, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
