Maurice Walters Architect provided architectural design services for the Conceptual Design, Planned Unit Development Application, and provided Design Architect services for the Schematic Design & Design Development Phases. The site is part of a five-block mixed-use redevelopment of the Catholic University South Campus.

The building's flexible program consists of approximately 3,000 square feet of open interior space plus a small catering kitchen and restrooms. The space is used for performances, exhibits, and as meeting space.
