The site is bound by Lee Highway, N. Fort Meyer Drive, and the George Washington Parkway. It is currently occupied by the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel and above grade parking garage. The redevelopment will consist of a 13-story apartment tower over the existing garage, two new luxury condominium towers, and a renovation of the hotel with new ballrooms and conference rooms. MWA is both the Architect of Record for the apartments and the master planner for the development. Handel Architects, LLP is the architect of the condominiums and Cooper Carry is the architect of the hotel.
