The site is located in the Monroe Street Market development adjacent to the Catholic University of America. The project consists of approximately 16,532 sf of retail, 158 rental apartments, and related services & amenities configured within a 6 and 4 story building. The Everton completed construction in 2021 and achieved the LEED Certified certification under the LEED V4 Building Design and Construction: New Construction rating system.
