Situated in the vibrant heart of Bethesda, MD, this 23-story, Art Deco-inspired mixed-use apartment building redefines luxury living. Set between St. Elmo Avenue and Fairmont Avenue, the project replaces a series of low-rise commercial buildings with a thoughtfully designed high-rise. The building offers a range of amenities, including private and public terraces and a rooftop pool.

Maurice Walters Architect Inc. took this project through design,  the Montgomery County  4.1 site plan approval process , construction documents, and construction phase services.   Construction began in Fall 2021 and was completed end of 2024. Sophia Bethesda is an NGBS Gold Building.
