Located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, MD, the St Elmo Apartments are a 22 story mixed-use development with four levels of below grade parking, ground floor retail space, and 276 elegant modern apartments with full amenities. For this development, we worked in collaboration with David M. Schwarz architects (as facade design architects). Project has received site plan approval and construction to begin Fall 2021.
