The Bartlett

Pentagon City, VA

Located in Pentagon City, Virginia, this mixed-use development includes a new residential tower with 699 apartments arranged around a central courtyard, below-grade parking, and a 36,000-square-foot full-service Whole Foods Market at the ground level.

Maurice Walters Architect, Inc. served as Design Architect, leading the façade design and guiding the project through Conceptual Design and the Arlington County 4.1 site plan approval process. MWA also provided architectural direction in urban design, program development, and site and service circulation planning, and continued its involvement through design review during the Construction Document and Construction Administration phases. The project was completed in the summer of 2016.
