Tides Point of Easton is a planned community of 33 luxury townhomes and single family residences in historic downtown Easton, MD. Maurice Walters Architect Inc. developed the site plan, floor plans, and elevations, and led the project through the local site plan approal process. The design includes 24 elevator townhomes with industrial-inspired brick detailing that reflects the character of downtown Easton, and 9 contextually historic single-family homes that line the perimeter of the site, echoing the traditional architecture of Easton's residential streets. The community includes garage parking, roof terraces, and a central landscaped mews that enhances the pedestrian experience.
