T. Tyng Gulick, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Senior Associate
Tyng Gulick has an affinity for animated cities and believes the best way to see a place is to get lost in it. She has been with Maurice Walters Architect since 2014 and has a focus in the urban realm, specializing in multi-family housing, affordable housing, and mixed-use development.

Her background is in design/entitlement, design development, construction administration, as well as BIM and LEED coordination. Tyng received her Bachelor of Architecture with a concentration in furniture design/construction from the University of Notre Dame in 2008 and is a registered architect in the District of Columbia, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED AP, BD+C. Previously, Tyng worked with Torti Gallas and Partners, focusing on mixed-use urban infill projects from the conceptual design to construction documents phase.

After hours, Tyng enjoys cycling and hiking with her dog in Rock Creek Park and can often be found at her neighborhood Ace Hardware.
